I really enjoy living here so far. Great appliances, nice flooring, and great location in the central of downtown - only 5mins walk to LRT. And great great great staff! My friends and I have been staying in this apartment since September 2021. Merideth who works at the rental office is so welcoming and super kind to talk to and super friendly. We would definitely love to stay here for another year as we felt at home. Highly recommended!!!

Mayfair is a wonderful place to live with equally wonderful staff members! Tammy specifically is amazing. She always greets [us] when we walk by the office and she remembers small details about us (which is amazing with how many units there are). She not only works very hard and answers all questions that we have but she is beyond kind! The kindness she has toward us makes this place more incredible to live at!
