Lisa Levins

Operations Manager 2
Lisa is CAPREIT’S Operations Manager 2 for the Southwestern London Portfolio, in Ontario. Lisa has a reputation for being a knowledgeable, hardworking leader who inspires her team to always do their best, and an enthusiastic supporter of her team’s continued learning and new growth opportunities.
Lisa started with CAPREIT in 2007 in the IT Department as a Help Desk Support Agent. In 2012 she moved over to the Human Resources Department as a trainer. It was there where she mastered the SAP Application for Real Estate and Procurement and began teaching the Operation Teams in Canada and Ireland on how to use the Application for both Leasing and purchasing roles.
Lisa is a successful graduate of CAPREIT’s excellent LEAD mentorship program, and states: “It was awesome, and provided me with an amazing exposure to the world of operations and gave me the opportunity to see behind the scenes of the day to day of an operations team and management functions. I highly recommend to my team to enroll in this program each year that it is available.” As part of her commitment to ongoing personal and professional development here at CAPREIT, Lisa has applied to CAPREIT’s Building Leaders program – CAPREIT’s unique multi-tiered Leadership Development Program.
In 2017, Lisa was promoted to be the Operations Manager for the London Portfolio and in 2019 was promoted to the Operations Manager 2 role.
Lisa is an avid runner who enjoys the outdoors and truly appreciates CAPREIT’S Wellness programs which promote healthy lifestyles for home and work. (Yet another reason why CAPREIT is truly the Best Place to Work!)
