Côte-des-Neiges is part of the borough of Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, and borders on Westmount to the south east. With ethnic restaurants and colorful boutiques on every corner, the neighborhood is a melting pot of diversity and culture.

  • Beautiful lake view. Close to superstore, Walmart and anything you may need. No need to cross the bridge on weekend is perfect. On site amenities, rooftop patio with view of the lake and a responsive management team. Good sized 2 bedroom with nice finishes....a great place to call home.

The house is equipped with TELUS Smart Home features where I can lock/unlock my door from my smartphone and also control my thermostat from anywhere which is truly helpful...Infiniti 105 is the best in terms of strategic location in the city, it has a modern design, is quiet and has greenery around the building which is the most important thing nowadays...The area is quiet and very peaceful. London drugs, the grocery stores, banks, gym and every other stores are just a minute walk from our apartment. We would highly recommend Infiniti 105.
