Adding to her impressive list of accomplishments, Firoz has been promoted as of May 27, 2024, to Associate Property Manager, a role that reflects her unwavering commitment and outstanding performance at CAPREIT.

Firoz’s journey in the real estate industry was inspired by a friend’s insights into the field’s dynamic opportunities and potential for long-term growth. She finds motivation in being valued and appreciated, and when we asked what advice she would give to her younger self, she said, “Take it easy, you have a lot to learn.”
