Frequently Asked Questions
What is Land Lease?
Residents in land lease communities own their home and rent the land it’s on from the landlord. Some communities also have homes available for rent. You can become a resident by bringing your own home onto a vacant lot, buying a home that is already in the community or in some cases renting a home already in the community.
