The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The rent is very reasonable, and any maintenance issues are taken care of right away. Garneau Towers is a great place to live. We are two blocks from the LRT and are on many bus routes, as well as very close to the UofA Hospital, and the UofA campus.

Lived here while working at the hospital—easy walk, even in poor weather. Also an easy walk to Whyte Avenue...I always felt safe and the office staff and building employees were always very helpful and friendly whenever I needed anything and I wouldn’t hesitate to live there again if I move back to Edmonton.

Great place to live as a student at [the] UofA. I lived here for 2 years during my graduate program - staff is friendly and professional, building is clean, community is nice and had no issues with maintenance or deposit returns....for the price and community, it was worth it. Would recommend.

Since [CAPREIT] has taken over [Lakeview Pointe], we have been very happy. We transferred into a 2 bedroom from a 1 bedroom with no hassle. [The Property Manager ] listened to our needs and concerns and did everything to accommodate us. It's well kept, clean and the view of the lake is beautiful. All staff are professional and very pleasant to deal with.
