Mayfair is a wonderful place to live with equally wonderful staff members! Tammy specifically is amazing. She always greets [us] when we walk by the office and she remembers small details about us (which is amazing with how many units there are). This place is really convenient for life, most of the necessary shops and services are within walking distance. This is great not only for newcomers, but also for people who have been living in Canada for a long time. The house itself is clean and pleasant.
